I offer a unique combination of 20+ years of technical Product Management and Marketing leadership from industry leaders like Amazon and Microsoft, coupled with deep expertise in data & analytics, and skills to develop custom AI-powered solutions for business. My experience has honed my ability to work cross-functionally across many teams and business functions to translate vision and business strategy into actionable projects, processes, and metrics that deliver results. I partner with AI to amplify the impact I can deliver, and I have acquired the skills to do so. I don’t just give advice. I develop lasting solutions, and I can train you and your teams to do the same.

I bring a seasoned, real-world perspective, forged in the environments of top-tier tech companies and scrappy start-ups. I help you uncover the relationship between product, market, and results through practical improvements. I start with a “traditional” consulting approach to understand your challenges, and then will quickly pivot to getting to work building solutions.

Intelligence & Data

I go beyond analyzing data for you or creating a few dashboards. I will work with you to improve how you make decisions and provide the data and tools to enable it. AI has made it that much faster and cheaper to convert data -> knowledge -> good decisions if you start with sound fundamentals, and I do.

“AI” may be the buzzword of the decade. My own skepticism led me to explore and now embrace it. I am convinced it is a powerful accelerant once you have the right mindset, measurement, and foundations in place, and that's where I can help. I can produce tools, prototypes, analytics, and more with very little investment, and then scale up quickly and predictably when you need to.
