I have worked in both large and small organizations, but my approach is to  try and foster an “entrepreneurial environment”, no matter what the size of the organization, where creative thinking and quick implementation are necessary and the formula for a successful product.

I am comfortable working in all kinds of development environments, from very structured “wateferfall” processes to the most aggressive Agile environments.
